Here are a few tips on how to be successful in Middle School

Make a positive first impression

Be on time.

Smile and be positive

Appearance should be clean and neat

Be prepared

Introduce yourself

Organize your wardrobe, backpack, lunch and paperwork the night before.

Get enough sleep, 11 hours is what you need to be rested.

Give yourself enough time  to get ready in the morning.

EAT BREAKFAST

Exercise

Get to the bus stop on time.

Know what bus to ride.

Try new things.

Meet new people.

Don't gossip.

Be honest.

Treat others with respect and kindness.

Don't stress.

Learn to laugh at yourself.

B e confident.

Keep your locker clean and organized (NO DIRTY CLOTHES or FOOD)

Organize and schedule your time.

Be happy and friendly.

Keep things in perspective.

Don't worry what others think, use positive self - talk.

Eat a balanced diet.

Drink lots of water.

Remember everyone else is new too.

Pay attention in class.

Do your homework.

Study for tests.

Be prepared for class and hand work in on time.

Take notes

Ask questions

Write neatly

Get help if you need it

Proof read your work.

Remember taht the teachers care and can help.
