Our Prayer Table
In our classroom we have a special table set aside for our time with God. Located on our table is a crucifix, Bible,
flameless candle, basket for us to put our prayer intentions as well as the Act of Contrition.
I feel that it is extremely important to have a special place in our room where students can go to spend quiet time with
God. It also gives our class time to pray for those in need within our families or community. Our intentions are
kept private unless students would like to share with the class. The students are allowed to use the prayer table when
they first arrive, free time, after they have completed an assignment and they are looking for something to occupy their time.
