The first quarter has ended and it is getting close to conference time.  If you have not sent back the form with a requested time, PLEASE do so immediately.  I will be scheduling conferences this weekend and you will receive your conference time on Monday November 16^th. 

I am really looking forward to meeting with all of you to discuss your child’s progress with the fifth grade curriculum. 

November came very fast and will come to a close very quickly as well.

Please remind your child that it is very crucial that they try and read every night.  It is an assignment that is assigned every night.

The students need to read 25 books at their reading level by the end of the year.  They need to fill out an index card in their book ring as soon as they complete a book.
